Amir Allen Alishashi (“Allen”) is a pioneering real estate broker and innovative business strategist with nearly 30 years’ experience building high performing sales organizations, driving record setting revenues, and attaining market dominance.
During the course of his career, Allen founded and led a number of highly successful real estate and lending companies based in Staten Island, New York including Falcon Property and Land Company Inc. – one of Staten Island’s largest real estate businesses – focused on the management, purchase and sale of luxury residential, commercial and industrial properties.
He also founded and led Peregrine Properties, Sun Properties of New York, Falcon Worldwide Capital Corporation, Charleston Capital Corporation, and most recently Cyrus Charter Property and Land Company in Staten Island.
Allen has successfully developed brands known for discretion, integrity and excellence by a discerning clientele. At the same time, he has recruited, mentored and groomed over 300 talented real estate professionals, including many of the top performing brokers in the Staten Island market.
By utilizing a client tailored approach to obtaining listings and marketing properties, Allen’s teams have been successful in handling a diverse a portfolio of high end properties including multi-million dollar and luxury residences, waterfront properties, commercial complexes, shopping centers, industrial developments, and architecturally and historically significant properties. They have also set numerous sales records.
With family roots planted firmly in the real estate industry for over 75 years, Allen truly has a real estate pedigree. He and his family came to the United States by way of the Middle East and Europe, bringing extensive contacts with affluent foreign investors. From this network, Allen developed a devoted client base by using his thorough knowledge of the New York real estate market and his savvy negotiation skills to help both domestic and foreign investors identify and gain access to hidden market gems.
